First of all this isn't a Sweepstakes, it's a Grant. But we don't "do" Grants soooo, it's a Sweepstakes. The point is that exploring the world in an effort to better understand it, and yourself, and the twenty-first century, and because exploring shit is siiiiiiiiiiiq; is a noble enterprise.
We're lucky enough to do it professionally. And you should be lucky too.
We could do a proper Grant. We can vet entries, we know how to do that. But then we become the deciders, the arbiters of adventure, and frankly there's already too much of that.
The point is this non-grant is about giving thanks.
